TIPI Care Plan Login Instructions
Welcome!
Included with your benefits is a virtual platform called the TIPI Care Plan. From this central, virtual portal, you have access to all the different services included in your benefit plan.
Below, please find instructions on how to register and set up your plan member account on the TIPI Care Plan portal. Please feel free to also follow along with our "How to register" video below.
Instructions to Register
- Click on the link: https://tipi.ollieportal.co/ and choose CREATE AN ACCOUNT
- Select SIGN UP WITH EMAIL; enter your name, personal email address and desired password.
- You will receive a verification email from
OLIVER SUPPPORT; follow the
VERIFY EMAIL ADDRESS link to continue.
If you are unable to verify your email, please contact our client service team. We will help you finalize your registration - Log in to the employee portal when re-directed.
- Follow the setup process:
- Select a PROFILE TYPE (employee)
- You will be asked for your email again and you will receive a code, enter the code when received.
- Enter your information
IMPORTANT NOTE: Your TIPI Portal Member ID is 10 digits. If you do not have your identification number yet, please contact your plan administrator, or our client service team at 1-855-466-TIPI (8474) for your identification number. - Select a NOTIFICATION PREFERENCE (receive notifications is recommended) & Click FINISH
Once the setup process is complete, you are able to access the contents of the portal at any time, using your login information.
